FO Airbus, through its Group Coordinator Dominique DELBOUIS, writes to Mikaël BUTTERBACH, head of HR France, about the salary policy.

————————————————————————————————————————————

2023 began with the signing of the RELOAD Agreement, a symbol of the benefits of the contractual practice and Social Dialogue.

We have not stopped repeating throughout the 18 months of negotiations, the major role played by Airbus as a social benchmark for our entire industry and beyond.
And it is not to displease us to see Airbus occupy the first step of the podium of the best employers for 2022.
This is further proof that demanding reformism and responsibility leads to social and industrial performance.

Nevertheless, despite this title, the fact remains that we cross outside our walls, an unprecedented social and societal crisis.
Never have working generations experienced such fragmentation and polarization of society.
Added to this is an economic crisis at a level of inflation not seen for decades.

At the end of 2022, you heard our demand to grant all Airbus Group employees a premium responding to the urgency of the moment.

We had previously negotiated and signed a salary agreement which runs from July 2022 to July 2024.
This Agreement included the possibility of reopening negotiations for the period 2023-2024 once the inflation figures are known.

Faced with the elements of inflation that have appeared to date, allowing us to assess the slippage noted of this, we ask you to reopen the 2023-2024 salary policy as soon as possible.

Knowing your attachment to compliance with agreements as well as Social Dialogue, also knowing that in Airbus when we hold the first place, our common obsession is to keep it.

I thank you for the favorable response that you will undoubtedly give to this request.

Best regards.
