Tomorrow, Friday April 16, the second negotiation meeting will be held concerning the salary policy for 2021/2022.
After a year of freeze on salaries and promotions, FO reaffirms that ongoing negotiations must lead to an annual agreement, allowing both:
- to promote the commitment and adaptability shown by employees since the start of the crisis
- to support career development through promotions
In this context:
- FO requests for the opening of an ambitious promotional campaign with immediate effect
- FO will not accept a new salary freeze over the period July 2021 / June 2022
The legitimate expectations of employees must be understood, Management should come with proposals going in this direction.
