The new IPECA health contract negotiated by FO has been in force since October 1. It offers better guarantees in many areas:

  • dental (prostheses, implants, etc.)
  • alternative medicine (€100 / year / beneficiary): osteopath, chiropractor, podiatrist, dietitian, etiopath, acupuncture, psychomotricity
  • costs in the event of hospitalization
  • eye surgery
  • medical material
  • midwife
  • hearing aids
  • thermal baths
  • psych sessions…

Among these guarantees is also the self-medication basket for which you now benefit from 100€ / year / person.

This self-medication basket includes the following:

  • Traveler’s kit: mosquito protection (rather useful, isn’t it?), sunscreen, anti-burn, antihistamine, antidiarrheal, local antiseptic, vaccines not covered by social security, antimalarial, compression stockings and socks
  • Cold and allergic rhinitis: decongestant, paracetamol, homeopathy, antihistamine, vasoconstrictor, vitamin C
  • Contraception: all female or male contraceptives not covered by social security
  • Smoking cessation: treatments in the form of patches, gummies or tablets

Concretely, keep the invoices of your purchases relating to the products above and send them to IPECA via your private space.

Thanks to FO‘s action, all Airbus employees and their families now benefit from better health guarantees!
