inFO RELOAD – Classification #1

Jan 24, 2022 | Breaking News | 0 commentaires

The new « Classification » is a major theme of the New Conventional Device for Metallurgy (NCDM), and therefore of the RELOAD project.

From January 1, 2024, the current non cadres and cadres grids and their associated levels (190, 215, …, 305, 335 points, II, IIIA, IIIB, etc.) will be replaced by the single grid provided above (in the French section of this article), which will be applicable in all companies of the branch:

To build this grid, 6 ranking criteria were defined:

  • Complexity of the activity
  • Knowledge required for the position
  • Autonomy
  • Contribution (impacts of this job on the performance and activities of a service/department/entity)
  • Supervision – Cooperation
  • Communication

Each criterion is scored from 1 to 10 points (from the simplest to the most complicated). The sum of these ratings ultimately results in positions rated from 6 to 60 points as mentioned in the new grid

There will be no equivalence between the two systems but one thing should be remembered: a cadre position cannot be evaluated below the F11 position, that is to say 37 points.

Another major difference: the new grid is a classification of jobs, and no longer of employees.

=> The philosophy is therefore different: whereas today you « carry » your grading with you throughout your evolution in the company according to your mobility, tomorrow you will occupy a position level x, then a position level y, etc…

Last essential point: during the change of grid on January 1, 2024, you will in no case be able to see your total remuneration revised downwards, regardless of the rating that will be attached to your position.

In our next communication on the subject, we will detail the steps planned within Airbus to switch from the current system to the new one.
