We were informed that an employee would have been fined during a police check because his employer certificate was not compliant (no signature and / or Airbus stamp).
This information is circulating in the teams and legitimately worries some of you.
We therefore contacted the management and after checking with the legal experts, at this stage it was not confirmed that the signature and the Airbus stamp were mandatory.
The management also told us that in case of fear, it is possible for your N+1 manager to sign the certificate “Pour Ordre”.
While waiting for a possible update of the employer certificate, if you were to be fined on the grounds that the certificate produced is not compliant, we invite you to report it to us and we will forward it to whom it may concern in order to resolve the problem (an expense report can also be made in order to obtain reimbursement).
FO welcomes the desire of management to resolve any problems on a case-by-case basis, without causing prejudice to employees. However, we reaffirm the need to promote teleworking in this period of reconfinement.
